HOW SHOULD I STORE MY PRODUCTS?
To prolong the life of your product, store in a cool dark place such as a cupboard, away from direct sunlight and heat.
ARE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS NATURAL?
The majority of our ingredients are plant based but we believe in science and nature. So we do include Vitamin C which is created in a lab because of the wonderful skin nourishing properties. Our ingredients are chosen for the health and nutrition benefits to our skin.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CRUELTY FREE?
Yes! Although we do not yet have the Leaping Bunny certification, we carefully source our ingredients to make sure we do not use anything tested on our animal friends.
DO YOU USE ORGANIC INGREDIENTS?
As much as possible we source certified organic ingredients. Where that is not possible we choose wildcrafted or non-GMO ingredients. Our goal is to source the purest and cleanest ingredients we can find.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF MY PRODUCT?
There is a sticker on the bottom of each bottle with an expiration date. Our products will last at least 9-12 months if stored properly.
DO YOU USE SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCES?
No. Never. All of our products are scented either with essential oils or oils infused with herbs. Many of the plant oils we use have their own distinct aromas such as sweet almond oil and cranberry seed oil.

Orders of $ 75 or more ship free in the United States with standard shipping rates. Please allow up to 2-3 days for order processing.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a refund.
Return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer returning the product unless one of the following has occurred: (1) If you purchased a product that was defective, or (2) Your product was damaged during shipping. If this is the case: we will include in your refund the amount of ground shipping costs incurred by your return. You will need to photograph the damage or defective product and email the photo to tenli.rozetreebotanicals.com.
To request a refund you need to contact us at email@example.com within 30 days receipt of the product. We require that you return the item to us within 15 days of notifying us of your request. Your refund will then be processed. Please retain proof of return in the event the package is lost during transit to us. Refunds apply only to products that contain at least 50% of the product. We are unable to process refunds for the 1 oz. Frank + Roze Facial Cleansing Oil or facial cloths. We do not provide refunds for packages that are stolen or lost.
